My weight this morning was up a bit but I thought yesterday was reasonably ok. I just get all worked up at work and feel I need some sugar sometimes... I don't think I actually need it I just feel like I do. I tried drinking lots of water to combat this feeling but it didn't work... I ended up eating some pretzels and a bit of candy.
My dinner may have been a bit heavy as I had some left over potato salad and ham. And I did have a couple of drinks last night. So I'm not sure what did it exactly but I did have some setbacks.
So today I need to at least get through the day without snacking. And if I can make my lunch this morning that would be good. I'll work on the evening later...
