Day 38 - I Have My Weaknesses

I am still having a rough time getting back into my rhythm.  I ate out yesterday for lunch, although I ate Japanese... so not too bad.  My evening was a couple beers and chocolate... I really need to get it together at night.  My weight is going ok I guess, down a couple of pounds from my weigh in last weekend.  I would still like to do better and hopefully will make improvements today.

On the plus side, I am avoiding soda and drinking lots of water.  I just need to avoid the other junk and alcohol.  Sounds easy, doesn't it?  I also need to exercise more, no doubt.
