My weight this morning is not what it should be for weigh in tomorrow, in fact I'm up right now. I am going to have a real lean day and see if I can make my weight. I really doubt it but I don't want to give up yet. I really don't want to go through the entire menu of what I ate and drank yesterday, but I will say that I am trying to stay away from the empty calories. I had a couple of drinks last night, and that would be my only exception.
On the plus side, I was down today from yesterday so maybe I'm doing something right.
