Day 42 - Weigh In Day, Not Bad

With one lean day, I lost about 2 lbs so that I beat my target this week.  I ate, don't get me wrong, and I was never very hungry.  I drank coffee in the morning and a comfortable amount of water in the afternoon.  I ate breakfast, but had mostly almonds, fruit, yogurt, and dry cereal in the afternoon and evening.  I did have one beer... My weigh in this week brings my average back up to where it should be at 1.53 lbs per week.

This next week I need to work daily at my weight loss and not put all of my loss into one day.  I need to cut back on the alcohol and eating out, and get more exercise.  I do have  a busy week next week so this may be a challenge.
