I am up a bit since my weigh-in last Saturday but I'm doing ok. I'm mostly controlling my eating but need to control my drinking, alcohol at least. I think that would make a big difference right now. I ate normally and drank lots of water in the afternoon, had a good dinner, and didn't have anything after dinner. I did drink two beers though.
I guess I didn't exercise much yesterday and I probably won't today either because I kicked my living room chair last night and hurt myself pretty good. I now have a limp and a bruise. I may have broken my toe, not sure, but it does hurt. It kept waking me up last night.
