Day 10 - Good Day Again

The good thing is that I controlled my eating well.  I avoided soda, beer, and sweets.  I didn't eat out.  I was hungry all afternoon and did my best to counter it with water, but it was harder and I was more cranky than normal.  I probably needed to exercise but I didn't other than doing some house work.  I need to improve on that.  All of this said, my weight this morning was up so I don't know how I'm going to finish out the week.  I've got a few days yet so we'll see.
