We Will Have To Wait One Day

I was stuck in Los Angeles overnight and am still waiting for an open seat, so could not weigh myself today.  I'll do that tomorrow, and I'll be honest, because I probably gained a pound or two this week.  I'll just have to do better in my next *4 day* week.  Thank you for your patience.
