The scale says I'm up today but I felt like I lost weight yesterday. My day looked similar to the day before, but I did have one beer in the evening and I increased my walk to 40 minutes. I may have eaten more for dinner than the day before so that might be something to watch.
It'll be interesting this week to see where I end up because unlike last week, my weight has been very erratic. I feel like I'm more in control but it is not reflected in my scale weight.
