Day 11 - Heading The Right Direction

I kept my eating in check yesterday, having cereal for breakfast (cheerios & 1% milk), peanut butter and jelley on wheat for lunch, I took a fiber bar for a snack (gone by 1pm), a bowl of chili for dinner, and almonds and raisins for an evening snack.  No alcohol or soda pop, I had a diet pepsi at lunch, coffee in the morning, and lots of water in the afternoon.

I did walk our warehouse for about half an hour yesterday for exercise, I'll try to add to that today.  Overall a very good day and the scale confirmed it this morning.
