Maybe that didn't rhyme... but we were woken up by a 4.3 earthquake at 4am or so. Where do we live? L.A.? No, we live 50 miles west of Chicago in Elgin. The epicenter was east of Sycamore, Illinois. Our son has been living in Hollywood for 2 years and has yet to feel anything.
As far as my attempt to lose weight, I had a good day yesterday, I just had a beer in the evening. My wife made chili for dinner, that was probably my downfall as I ate 2 1/2 bowls. My weight this week hasn't moved a whole lot and I'm going to need to lose a couple of pounds in the next three days to make my goal. I am working from home today, maybe I'll eat lean and work out a bit more, see how it goes.
