Day 9 - I Did Fine

During day 9, I did ok.  I did have one beer in the evening but I mostly avoided the bad stuff.  I had cereal for breakfast, a small bowl of chili and yogurt for lunch, and ribs for dinner.  After dinner I did have chocolate covered pomegranates.  They are 100 calories for 20 but I probably had a few more than 20.  During the afternoon I piled on the water to avoid snacking and it worked very well.

For exercise I just did twists in the morning.  My scale feedback from the day was pretty good but I do have a ways to go to get 2 lbs for the week.  I'll have to get it together the next couple of days.
